LECTURE ABSTRACT
The influence of the two TMJs in the aesthetics of the superior frontal group

The superior frontal group, through the palatal faces and the incisal surfaces, forms the functional space, which supports and guides the movements of the protrusion, retrusion and laterality of the masticatory reflex.

Without an analysis of the mandibular dynamics (condylography) we cannot know exactly where to position the incisal edges of the superior frontal group horizontally and vertically.
In fact, anatomy is what dictates the correct three-dimensional positioning of incisal edges.
